This is Giants Seat House in Ringley, a property that once belonged to the Earl of Derby and was, at the time used as a hunting lodge.
The property was built over 200 years ago and due to the age of the property the walls within the house were uneven and as such, made for a very difficult but worthwhile project.
The size of the room that P&D were instructed to revamp was quite large (6Mx4M) which was a blessing in disguise as this allowed a room to be built within a room and as the pictures show the team were able to create a lovely big bathroom consisting of;
Free standing bath.
Two wash basins.
Walk-in shower 1.5mx1.5m with rain dance head from the ceiling.
P&D asked Delta kitchens and bedrooms to install the black doors covering the hot water cylinders.
