This particular bathroom project was constructed within a new build property (15 years old) and posed quite a few difficult issues.
The problem was that the original bathroom had been fitted incorrectly causing leaking through the grout over a long time.
The original tiles were already falling off the walls due to the dampness, and all of the walls had to be re-boarded and plastered.
The floor was also rotten so this had to be replaced as well.
The original bath/wc/whb and tiles were removed.
A new shower cubicle, slim-line unit with hidden cistern and back to wall wc were installed to replace the older versions.
The team also lowered the ceiling and fitted spot lights.
- Porcelanosa tiles
